DUAL-KEY INVESTMENTS

Devcon Property Group are a leading developer in dual-key property construction in South-East Queensland.   A dual-key is essentially one property with two dwellings - they are an excellent option for first home buys or investors and feature a main property (or house) on one side which includes a garage, living areas, bathroom, kitchen, up to three bedrooms and an outdoors living space. With a second dwelling (or unit) with a separate entryway generally containing one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, living area and a kitchen.
